Don't lie.
While I fully understand the need to sell, the need to package the product to induce sales, the human philosophy on spending, etc, I wonder if lying is a 'must do' in order for these marketers to survive.
I am not that lucky. I know.
This is the x times I received such advertisements.
I am not a StarXXX customer. Will I be able receive this deal? Yes.
==> This is NOT 'Exclusively' for StarXXX customers.
Is the mailer sent to only 10 recipients? No.
==> I am NOT one out of 10 lucky recipients selected.
Nevertheless, such marketers continue to survive. It only tells one thing ==> It works, even if they lie.
So, who cares?! as long as it works.
